The Program
The Graduate Program of Chemistry (PGQUIM) at Federal University of Ceara was created back in the 1970s and is currently one of the 16 excellence Programs in Brazil, according to CAPES, the federal government agency responsible for the graduate national system.
Our graduate program includes both the doctoral and master degrees with courses of four and two years, respectively. Graduate students enrolled in one of the levels, should select a major research concentration in one of the following subfields: Chemistry, Analytical, Inorganic, Organic or Physical Chemistry. The “Chemistry” subfield includes researches on polymer, materials, and education in chemistry.
